All our cakes are handcrafted by expert bakers and shipped in specially designed, temperature-controlled packaging with dry ice or gel packs to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
Yes, you can select your preferred delivery date at checkout. We offer nationwide delivery Tuesday through Saturday to ensure your celebrations are perfectly timed.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

What is your policy on returns and refunds?
As our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours with photos for a resolution.

Most of our cakes should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 3-5 days. For the best flavor experience, we recommend taking them out of the fridge 30-60 minutes before serving.
